Kilderkin's Return, Exchange and Refund Policy


We accept returns. You may return items in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. It is possible that Kilderkin can retrieve the purchase information, but would ask that the customer ensure they maintain proof of purchase information. If more than 10 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine the returned item and notify you either by a phone call or via email, within a reasonable period of time (usually within 24 hours).
If the package is deemed defective, you have the choice to receive a new package or have a full refund with credit automatically being applied to your original method of payment.
If you, the customer, received a discounted product that you wish to returned, then your full refund will be that of the discounted product and not the full priced product.
